Holiday Gift Guide: Teaselwood Design

Holiday Gift Guide: Teaselwood Design

We are so excited to bring you our Holiday Gift Guide featuring one of our favorite Designers. Teaselwood Design is located in Skaneateles, New York and features a husband and wife duo who perfectly capture the spirit of the modern farmhouse. Their pieces have a way of causing you to slow down and enjoy life a little bit more.

The cutting boards are hand crafted at the farm workshop and are at the top of our wish list this year. Each one features a gorgeous and unique wood grain and would make a stunning addition to anyone's kitchen. They are available in Maple, Walnut, Cherry and Mahogany.

The Heritage batter and mixing bowls are next on our list. These pieces add the perfect touch of farmhouse charm to your kitchen. Old world techniques were used to create this beautiful stoneware and transform it into functional, everyday pieces. Each bowl is hand thrown, making it one of a kind.

There is a beautiful and simple elegance to these rolling pins. Rolling out pie dough will never be the same. They are hand made in Vermont and come in two styles, Modern and French. Both styles are available in Cherry, Maple and Walnut.

The stoneware honey pot paired with the wooden dipper and local honey would make another perfect gift. The stoneware pot is hand thrown and the honey is from an apiary located in Upstate, New York. The honey is raw, meaning it has never been heated or filtered.

Another thing on our wish list this year is all of the gorgeous linens that Teaselwood offers. There are tea towels and aprons, napkins and table runners and all of them are so hard to resist. (And who couldn't use another tea towel, right?) These pieces are delicate yet durable and are a farmhouse staple.

Last but not least are the hand poured bees wax candles. Teaselwood used pure bees wax and a 100% cotton wick to create these beautiful pieces. They come in scents such as Lavender Lemon, Herb Garden and Honeysuckle Sage. The aroma is so gorgeous, you won't be able to buy just one.

It was so difficult not to talk about all of the beautiful pieces they have to offer. Please check out their website for more. Each and every item would make a lovely gift, or a great addition to your home. The also offer design options and custom woodworking. I would like to thank Teaselwood Designs for the use of their photos. Happy Shopping Everyone!
